Mary Rose Rybak is managing editor of The New Atlantis, EPPC's journal about the ethical, political, and social implications of technological advancement.
Ms. Rybak, who has worked for various publications, think tanks, and a governmental affairs office, writes and reports on policy regarding women's issues, family life issues, and other areas of social and cultural significance. Her articles have appeared in The American Enterprise, American Spectator Online, The Weekly Standard, and National Review Online.
